We aim to get your items to you as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, after receipt of payment, we will take a working day to process your order, and then send in the next available post. We send all items First Class, and so delivery should be made the next working day (according to the Post Office!). However life is funny, hilarious in fact, so we reserve the right to say that your items should be with you a maximum of 2 weeks after you've made the order. This is a fail-safe and we will do our utmost to get you your items before that time.

Our charge for postage is worked out using the Post Office's prices for First Class 'Packets' to the UK (except the Channel Islands) and then packaging costs are added to that.

We decided to charge deliveries outside the UK at the same rate as within the UK, because we're nice like that! However, that may have to change depending on how sales go in the future. Take advantage while it lasts!

It's up to you to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address when ordering, your package may be returned to us. If this does happen we'll let you know straight away (if we have your correct email!) Unfortunately we will have to charge you for resending the package.
If you enter the wrong address and your order doesn't arrive at your address or back with us, then sadly this is your error and you will have to pay for the item and postage again. Of course, if any error lies with us then we will happily resend the item.
Please make sure non of these events happen by entering your full and complete postal address. If you make a mistake and enter the wrong details, or have any other issues with your order please contact support@oneeyedman.co.uk straight away. There is a link to this email at the bottom of the page.

All items must be returned within 30 days of dispatch from our office. We can only issue a replacement or refund once we have received back the item you are returning.
Please refrain from opening packages from us with sharp objects such as knives and scissors, this is to avoid potentially damaging the item within.
Items must be returned to us in a state suitable for resale. This means not excessively used/worn, damaged (unless it was damaged in transit to you) and not washed.
Please take care not to leave marks or stains on items you think you may return. Stains or marks can result from makeup, antiperspirant, deodorant, perfume and alike. Essentially, we need to be able to resell the item, so if it's not in a condition where we can do that, we will not be able to offer you a refund.
Please inspect any items as soon as you receive them, and notify us immediately if the items have been damaged in the post. We will then ask you to send back the damaged items with its original packaging, and a covering letter containing your name, order number, email address and home address details. Once we have received the damaged items and packaging, and are satisfied the damage was received during transit we will refund or exchange the item and pay for all postage charges you have incurred.
Unless you have received a faulty, incorrect or damaged item, we cannot refund any delivery charges you incur when sending back items to us.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, firstly, we are extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused, and secondly please accept our sincere apologies. Please e-mail us at support@oneeyedman.co.uk as soon as you can, quoting your name, order number and details of the item received. Unfortunately we have to put a time limit on such incidents, and so you will have 30 days from receipt, to return the items to us.

We will happily refund you for any items you don't want. You have 30 days in which to return the items to us. When sending the items back, we ask that you include a covering letter explaining that you wish a refund, and quoting your name, order number, email address and home address details. You MUST also send an email to support@oneeyedman.co.uk to make us aware you are sending items back to us.
Once we have received the items back, it will take up to 3 days to process them, during this time we will email you to say we have received them and to establish the best method of refunding your money.
When we issue the refund it will normally take a further 3 working days for the money to be credited to your account or card. Unfortunately we can only refund the cost of sending the items back to us if the item was faulty, or we had sent you an incorrect item.

We are happy to exchange items. You have 30 days in which to return the unwanted items to us. We ask that you include a covering letter explaining that you wish to exchange the item and quoting your name, order number, email address and home address details.
Once we have received the items back, it will take up to 3 days to process them, during this time we will email you to say we have received them and to confirm the items you are exchanging them for. It will then take the usual time for the new items to reach you.
Unfortunately we will have to charge you for sending the new item to you.

Please package up your items with the greatest care. If you are exchanging items or sending an item for a refund, we would appreciate it if you could fold up any items so that they reach us in the best condition possible. If items reach us in such a condition that we cannot resell them, this may effect your refund or whether we exchange them.
We ask that you include a covering letter explaining why the item is being returned and quoting your name, order number, email address and home address details. You MUST send an email to support@oneeyedman.co.uk to make us aware you are sending items back to us.
Unfortunately, the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore suggest for your own protection, that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Where you are returning a faulty or incorrect item, we will refund you for the return of the item. Once we have received the items and your covering letter, we will email you to confirm this and to advise you on what will happen next, depending on why the item was returned.
